We’re looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our Sales team!

The Sales Representative is responsible for bringing in new business, and maintaining relationships with our established clients.

Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for revenue to increase company profitability
  • Give customers in-person product/service information and teach them about the features and benefits of each service the company offers
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles
  • Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry
  • Handles telephone calls and emails and communication from customers
  • Reviews customer accounts on a regular basis with the Sales Assistants
  • Visits customers as needed to nurture the business relationship and ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Formulates custom quotes for customers
  • Keeps the Sales Assistant in the loop on any account-related issues or concerns that may affect their current responsibilities
  • Maintains clear and concise expectations with the Sales Assistants
  • Reviews and writes up new artwork and revision jobs for existing accounts and new accounts, when needed and available
  • Attends Press Checks with customers
  • Attends periodic Trade Shows and training workshops
  • Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies
  • Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations

Qualifications of the Sales Representative:

  • Sales Experience in the label and packaging industry
