Customer Service Representative

Will be the first point-of-contact to MT&L customers – you will be the expert on your account(s). You’ll need to be a great communicator and have a strong desire to possess the knowledge to get the job done. You will be in charge of answering any customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a customer database of information. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.

The person for this position should be particularly well organized and detail oriented. We are looking for someone who is independent, accountable, intelligent, detail-oriented and has a great attitude. The hours for this position are 1st shift, but may include occasional times outside of regular hours to assist customers with issues.

This position is full-time, first shift – overtime and weekends are required, depending on customer need.
