You can login using either your username or your email along with your password. If you cannot remember your password you may visit the login screen and click on the reset password link. If you cannot remember your username you may connect using the email address that you used to register your account. Any issues please contact us and we will assist you.
Hire Print is a job board dedicated to the printing and packaging industry. We provide an introduction of highly qualified candidates to companies looking to fill staffing needs.
With Hire Print you apply directly to the hiring authorities of the employer and can track the status of your application as well as have the ability to communicate with the employer through utilizing the tools in your candidate dashboard.
To maintain the integrity of our service we review all candidates who register to our site to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge in the printing and packaging industry before approving the registration.
Hire Print is a job board that allows employers to post their staffing needs to be reviewed by the printing and packaging community.
The job board is fee based and paid by the employer when posting a job.
There is zero cost to job seekers in creating an account, viewing and applying to job postings.
When you apply for a job posting you will
  1. See a confirmation message indicating success in sending the application.
  2. Receive an automated email indicating your successful application to a posting.
  3. View your applications in the "applied jobs" section of your user dashboard
  4. See a "viewed" sticker on the posting in the "applied job" section
The application submission is an automated process that will send the application to the dashboard of the hiring authority. There will also be an email sent automatically to alert the hiring authority of an application submission.
The hiring authority will review the application and determine if you are a fit for the needs of the company. The hiring authority may designate the application to be on the shortlist for an interview or if criteria is not met they may mark as rejected.
Once the hiring authority has made a designation a sticker will appear on the job in the "applied jobs" section of your dashboard to indicate status of the application (shortlisted or rejected).

Employer FAQ

There are 3 options available to choose from in receiving applications. During the job post creation you may choose:
  1. Internal - this method allows the candidate to use a stored resume, upload a resume or both. The applicant information will be saved and accessible through the Employer Dashboard.
  2. External - if the hiring company has an employment page on their company site, this method allows the employer to designate a URL that takes the job seeker to the company page to apply.
  3. Email - this option allows an email to be used in place of the internal or external methods
We have included some very useful tools that will help you keep track of the hiring process.
You will be able to view and review candidate applicants for specific postings, email applicants through the employer dashboard, mark as short-listed, create meeting invites and many more features to help you with the process.
You may choose to purchase a single posting, a single featured job posting or 10 job and 20 job packages. Multiple job posting packages offer discounted pricing based on quantity.
After filling out the job posting form you will be taken to a product page where you will be able to use previously purchased package credits or purchase a new package credit.
Yes - The address which is used to register your account will be the default address which will automatically display in pre-filled address field of forms. You may change the address during the job posting process and have the GPS coordinates be updated to the location of the posting.
The default address used during registration will be used in the map location of your company on your company info page.
There is no expiration date on job packages. Individual job postings expire after 30 days, however, job packages do not expire until all credits have been used.
Anytime an applicant applies to your job posting their profile links will be retained in the "All Applicants" section on your dashboard.
At any time a candidate may request removal from the applicant pool and will automatically be removed from the "All Applicants" section.

Candidate FAQ

The two easiest ways of contacting the employer is through either a direct application to the posting or through the contact form on the company page.
To apply to a job, go to the job posting and click on the apply now button. You may attach a resume and cover letter or use the resume profile that you have created.
To contact the employer you must register as a candidate and then visit the company page. Once on the company page you may use the contact form to connect with the hiring authority at the company.
To visit the company page you can click on the company name in the posting or from the main menu select Job Seeker > Employer Listings and click on the company in which you have interest.
When creating a job posting the hiring company will decide how they receive applications using one of three methods available.
  1. An internal link using the apply now button feature.
  2. An external link that takes the job seeker to a company URL.
  3. Direct email supplied by the hiring authority of the company.
If you are having issues with any of these methods you may use the contact form on the company's profile page to alert them of your interest in the position.

On your dashboard you will be able to view whether or not your application has been viewed.
If you meet the job criteria and the employer feels that you may be a suitable candidate they have several methods to contact you.
Applying to a job is quick and easy
When you review a posting that is in-line with your skills and experience, you may apply by clicking the "apply now" button. A job application pop-up will display and allow you to choose a resume that you have on file and/or upload a resume and cover letter from your computer.

Absolutely, you are in full control of the information that you would like to present. You may review and edit your on-line resume and cover letter at any time.
If you have uploaded a digital resume as a document, you may delete previous versions and upload your new resume.
You may upload up to 5 (five) resumes to your account which may be tailored to different job skills.
